Requirements: * Technical student or graduate in Industrial Mechanics or Maintenance Mechanics. * Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial tools. * Familiarity with lifting equipment, cranes, or hoists is desirable (not mandatory). * Availability to perform internships in both workshop and field settings. * Responsibility, proactivity, and willingness to learn. * Ability to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities: * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of cranes, hoists, and industrial equipment. * Assist in disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of mechanical components. * Support inspection of lifting and mechanical transmission systems. * Collaborate on equipment installation and commissioning activities in workshop and field settings. * Assist in preparing basic maintenance reports. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
