Maintenance Mechanical Technician **Location:** Santa Anita, Lima **Employment Type:** Full-time Requirements * Certified or graduate Technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum **2 years** of experience in industrial plants, preferably in paper, cardboard, packaging, or manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Experience in maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, couplings, and transmission systems. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Basic knowledge of welding, equipment alignment, and lubrication. * Desired experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Availability to work during plant shutdowns (Sundays and holidays as required). Responsibilities * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures in production machinery. * Carry out disassembly, assembly, repair, and adjustment of mechanical equipment. * Record maintenance activities in established formats. * Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) procedures. * Propose improvements to optimize equipment availability and reliability.
