Job Summary: We are seeking a Waiter/Hostess with experience in meat-focused restaurants to provide warm service, perform suggestive selling, and maintain order, possessing strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Career path opportunity within a restaurant group WAITER We are a well-recognized restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the position of Waiter or Hostess for our restaurants located in the Miraflores district. Main Functions and Responsibilities Provide warm and empathetic customer service, as well as handle complaints and/or issues that may arise in the dining area. Develop suggestive selling of our products. Handle customer complaints and suggestions. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, dining room furniture, and tableware. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements Education: Technical or university education preferred. Knowledge: Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Windows). Work Experience: Minimum 5 years’ prior experience as a waiter or hostess in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments. Skills: Customer service orientation, results-driven mindset, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure. Working Hours: Full-time schedule; split shift. Immediate availability. Knowledge of meat cuts and wine. Proven service expertise. Experience in meat restaurant service. * Over 35 years of age Benefits Formal employment registration (MYPE regime).
