Career path opportunity within a restaurant group WAITER We are a well-established restaurant group and are currently seeking talent to fill the position of Waiter or Hostess at our restaurants located in the Miraflores district. Main Functions and Responsibilities Provide warm and empathetic service to customers, as well as handle complaints and/or issues that may arise in the dining area. Implement suggestive selling of our products. Handle customer complaints and suggestions. Maintain order and cleanliness of equipment, dining room furniture, and tableware. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Profile Requirements Education: Technical or university-level education preferred. Knowledge: Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Windows). Work Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a waiter or hostess in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments. Skills: Customer service orientation, results-driven mindset, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure. Working Hours: Full-time schedule; split shifts. Immediate availability. Knowledge of meat cuts and wine. Proven service expertise. Experience in steakhouse service. * Must be over 35 years of age Benefits Formal employment registration (MYPE regime).
