Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Applications Manager to administer and configure NetSuite, with experience in e-commerce processes and fluency in English. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work with companies having operational complexity **NetSuite Applications Manager** **Location:** Remote (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica) **Seniority:** Senior (5+ years of experience) **Compensation:** 2.8k - 4.8k USD/month **Work Model:** 100% Remote Mandatory note: Both the job and interviews will be conducted entirely in English. Fluent English is a mandatory requirement. **Required Skills** * NetSuite (Administration and Configuration) * SuiteFlow * SuiteScript / SuiteAnalytics * E-commerce Processes (Logistics, Inventory, and Finance) **Requirements (Must-haves)** * **Experience:** 5+ years supporting NetSuite in multi-departmental enterprises. * **Business Scale:** Experience with companies generating $75M - $300M in revenue, ideally with operational complexity in inventory, distribution, or multi-entity workflows. * **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced experience in NetSuite administration, SuiteFlow, saved searches, dashboards, custom records, and CSV imports. * **Business Processes:** Proficiency in order management, procurement, item management, fulfillment, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), and general ledger. * **Integrations:** Technical experience integrating systems and troubleshooting cross-application issues. * **Communication:** Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams in **fluent English** (written and spoken). **Desirables (Nice-to-haves)** * Startup experience. * Familiarity with tools: RF-SMART, ShipStation, Shopify, Magento, SPS Commerce, Celigo, or Boomi. * **NetSuite Administrator** certification or equivalent experience. * Experience in distribution or light manufacturing.
