Job Summary: Network Experience Coordinator responsible for RAN network operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement, managing technical projects and incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Learn about the Network Experience Coordinator position. * Responsible for RAN network operation and maintenance, including field supervision, performance analysis, and incident management. * Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, prepares reports, and administers operational processes and vendor payments. * Participates in project implementation and acceptance, change management, technical problem resolution, and coordinates responses to contingencies such as power outages. * Leads CAPEX and OPEX projects, asset management, and continuous process improvement. What We Need From You: * Minimum 3 years of work experience in telecommunications, with hands-on experience in mobile communications (3G, 4G, 5G). * Incident troubleshooting, network access analysis and monitoring. * Planning and execution of scheduled access network corrective actions. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * Knowledge of RAN software: MAE, TAISHAN, Neteco (preferred). * Intermediate English proficiency. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
