Opportunity to propose improvements and coordinate with other departments. **We are currently looking for a Night Shift Casino Floor Manager for a casino in San Martín de Porres\-Lima.** RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Implement and ensure staff compliance with company strategies, promotions, customer service standards, rules, and policies. \- Achieve efficient management of all allocated resources, ensuring timely execution aligned with company objectives. \- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor customer service on the casino floor. \- Propose improvements to processes and procedures related to customer management. \- Conduct ongoing customer follow-up to identify their needs. \- Utilize the video area as support to better fulfill assigned responsibilities. \- Evaluate the performance of supervised staff and provide feedback with improvement opportunities. \- Coordinate with HR for hiring new staff. \- Coordinate with the Technical Department regarding maintenance, repair, and operation of gaming machines to ensure functionality. REQUIREMENTS: \- University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Marketing, or related fields. \- Knowledge of casino machine or slot machine operations. \- Experience in budget preparation and forecasting. \- Familiarity with procedures at MINCETUR (Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism). \- Availability for night and early-morning shifts. \- Availability to work 12-hour shifts. \- Willingness to travel. (Travel allowances provided) BENEFITS: \- Salary range: PEN 2,000 to PEN 2,500, depending on experience. \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
