Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Engineer responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising occupational safety projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting prevention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and supervision of OSH management systems. 2. Coordinate and control projects, managing work teams. 3. Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and ensure their implementation. **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (OSH) ENGINEER** **Job Objective:** We seek an OSH-specialized Engineer responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising occupational safety management projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations and fostering a risk prevention culture. **Requirements:** * Professional engineering degree with specialization or proven experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Knowledge of applicable OSH legislation and regulations. * Experience in project organization, planning, and execution. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report generation, data analysis, performance indicator tracking, and budget preparation. * Ability to manage work teams and coordinate operational and administrative staff. * Customer service and client management skills. * Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in IT tools and technical documentation preparation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and supervise Occupational Safety and Health management systems. * Plan, coordinate, and control assigned projects. * Prepare technical reports, management reports, and performance indicators. * Prepare and monitor budgets related to OSH projects and activities. * Manage and supervise assigned personnel, promoting goal and procedure adherence. * Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their requirements and ensuring service quality. * Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and monitor their implementation. * Ensure compliance with organizational safety, health, and environmental policies. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and analytical ability. * Decision-making.
