Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support for the entire fleet of PCs and peripherals * On-site resolution of hardware and software incidents * Support for incidents related to base software * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment * Equipment cloning and user data backup * Equipment personalization and data restoration * Preparation of equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * First-line support for printers **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional with completed technical studies in systems, computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields * Technical knowledge of hardware (desirable) * Basic knowledge of EXCEL * Familiarity with ticket management tools (desirable) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
