Configuration and maintenance of computer equipment and printers On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are currently seeking: **(1) Technical Support Specialist – La Victoria** **What are we looking for?** * Technicians or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist. * Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux) * Knowledge of installation and configuration of peripheral devices * Familiarity with and/or experience using PDAs (similar to barcode scanners). (Desirable) **What will be your responsibilities?** * Configuration of Windows operating systems * Performing logical and physical maintenance of computers, printers, and laptops * Printer configuration * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices * Configuration and connection of computers to computer networks * Performing backups of each user's data * Validating installers for applications * Recording the company's sales transactions * Conducting inventory audits **What do we offer?** * Enrollment in the consulting firm’s GENERAL payroll * On-site work mode – La Victoria (near the Canada Station of the Metropolitano) * Schedule: Monday to Saturday only, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., to complete 48 hours per week * Remuneration: **S/1450 monthly** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,450.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
