Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Full support for all PCs and peripherals (pin pad \- ticket printers \- etc) * On-site resolution of hardware and software incidents * Support for base software-related incidents * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment * Equipment cloning and user data backup * Equipment customization and data restoration * Preparation of equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * First-line support for printers **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional with completed technical studies in systems, computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields. * Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (desirable but not mandatory) * Familiarity with agile methodologies (desirable) * Up to 1 year of professional experience. * Technical knowledge of hardware (desirable) * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with ticket management tools (desirable) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
