Opportunity for career growth in the IT field Job Description: We are looking for an Onsite Technical Support professional with proven experience, a service-oriented attitude, and proactivity. You will be responsible for resolving incidents, maintaining equipment in optimal condition, and ensuring continuity of IT services. Main Responsibilities: * Provide onsite support for hardware, software, and office applications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and peripherals. * Configure user accounts (email, network, domain) and ensure connectivity. * Log, resolve, and track support tickets. * Guide users in the use of technological tools. Requirements: * Technical diploma or degree in Computing, Informatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in onsite technical support. * Knowledge of operating system, driver, and application installation. * Basic networking skills (IP configuration, cabling, connectivity). * Preferred: knowledge of Active Directory, antivirus solutions, and ticketing tools. * Immediate availability.
