Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Operator Developer to strengthen our technology services by developing and maintaining automated scripts to optimize operational processes in dynamic environments. Proposal of technological improvements and automations for efficiency At **Manantial Tecnológico**, we continue strengthening our technology services and are looking for **an IT Operator Developer** who will contribute to the development of solutions and automations that optimize operational processes in dynamic technology environments. **What will be your mission?** Develop and maintain **automated scripts and technological solutions** that optimize operational processes, integrating diverse information sources and supporting continuous improvement of our platforms. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain automated scripts to optimize operational processes. * Work with SQL queries for data analysis and cross-referencing information across different data sources. * Integrate and consume APIs, interpreting responses and constructing payloads for various integrations. * Analyze logs and monitoring tools to identify incidents or process improvements. * Manage requirements and tasks using ticketing tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. * Propose technological improvements and automations that enhance process efficiency. **Requirements** * Graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of programming experience.** * Proficiency in Python or another programming language for script development and maintenance *(mandatory)*. * SQL proficiency for queries and table joins *(essential)*. * Experience consuming APIs (payloads, responses, endpoints, runners) *(essential)*. * Experience with monitoring tools or log analysis *(GCP preferred)*. * Familiarity with ticket management systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) *(not mandatory)*. **Benefits** * Continuous training and professional growth support. * A culture grounded in Service, Passion, and Learning. * An environment where technology is built with human purpose. * Initial 6-month contract (general regime). * Hybrid work model (2 days on-site). * 50% EPS coverage. * Birthday leave day.
