Management of operational contingencies At **Rainbow Investments**, we seek a candidate with high responsibility and a proactive attitude to join our team in **Cusco**. **Your Primary Role:** Ensure all our tourism services depart punctually and efficiently, providing continuous support to passengers and guides. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * **Departure Control:** Supervise and verify the punctual departure of all services according to the schedule. * **Passenger Assistance:** Provide personalized assistance via WhatsApp based on the requirements of each program. * **Guide Support:** Directly support guides to ensure optimal service delivery. * **Contingency Management:** Resolve operational contingencies such as delays, itinerary changes, or adverse weather conditions. **Candidate Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in tourism operations, logistics, or coordination. * **Education:** Graduates or those with incomplete studies (prior experience is valued). * **Languages:** Basic to intermediate English proficiency. * **Skills:** Proficiency in digital tools and strong responsiveness. **Terms and Benefits:** * **Salary:** S/ 1,500 \+ 35% night shift bonus. * **Schedule:** 2 days on overnight shift (10:00 PM to 07:00 AM) * 3 days on daytime shift (scheduled in coordination with direct supervisor) * **Location:** Perú Hop Terminal. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
