Support smooth daily operations and resolve issues **Job Title:** Operations Coordinator **Location:** Cusco, Peru **Job Summary:** The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing the end\-to\-end logistics of group travel operations across Peru and Bolivia, ensuring high\-quality execution and customer satisfaction. This role coordinates vendors, bookings, and on\-the\-ground services while supporting smooth daily operations and resolving issues as they arise. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate travel operations, including hotels, transportation, and services * Manage inventory, cancellations, and passenger lists * Oversee airport transfers and meet \& greet logistics across destinations * Handle ticketing for Machu Picchu and other sites * Support operational issues and ensure service quality standards **Qualifications:** * Fluent in English (written and spoken) * Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Team\-oriented with the ability to work independently * Previous operations or travel experience preferred
