In this Operator role, you will focus on winning with consumers and the market, placing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. * Receive packaging materials, verifying labels and delivery slips to ensure correct material for the product being manufactured; reject defective materials after prior notification to the lead operator. * Operate cutters and packagers, ensuring optimal equipment condition and contributing to continuous process improvement. * Efficiently perform count and/or product changeovers, meeting established time targets. * Inspect products according to defined frequency and segregate those failing to meet quality specifications. * Complete control checklists accurately; report out-of-range variables to the lead operator. Actively participate in bi-hourly line meetings. * Perform daily machine cleaning and maintain order and cleanliness of your assigned line, complying with the 5S methodology. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: * Completed secondary education. * One year of experience in similar roles operating machinery; experience with paper packaging/filling machines or fast-moving consumer goods is preferred. * Basic proficiency in Office/Microsoft 365\. **Benefits** Our people drive everything we achieve, which is why we invest in providing them with what they need to grow and thrive.
