Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide support in report generation, process automation, project tracking, and data management, using tools such as Python and VBA. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What are we looking for?** * Provide support in tracking the delivery of reports and other cross-functional unit reports, using VBA and Google App Script to automate reports and processes. * Provide support in generating reports for local/corporate committees, optimizing the process by leveraging Python, Data Studio, and VBA for data integration and task automation. * Provide support in generating unit-required reports by creating scripts in AutoHotkey or Python to facilitate analysis and customized report generation. * Contribute to defining and assessing the impact of new processes to be outsourced or assumed by Operations (functions, capacity, access rights, profiles, risks, budget, etc.). * Provide support in tracking the implementation of projects/improvements. * Support unit users in designing and implementing controls. * Provide support in designing the unit's management dashboards. * Manage management meetings for local and corporate committees. * Propose operational data administration policies. * Propose supplier control policies and best practices. * Maintain the service catalog up to date. * Maintain the supplier map up to date and issue alerts. * Ensure compliance with project controls. * Provide support in contracting services with suppliers. * Support tracking compliance with team-specific KPIs and ANS. * Identify, analyze, and present process improvements. * Propose and manage improvements to internal and external processes that enable efficiencies for the unit. * Other responsibilities assigned by the immediate leader and promote continuous role improvement.
