Job Summary: Supports daily production and line operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in the process. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in the daily production program. 2. Promotes teamwork and initiative on the plant floor. **We Offer:** \- Formal employment registration from day one \- **Gross monthly salary of S/. 1,130** \- SCTR insurance and life insurance \- Pleasant work environment **Responsibilities:** \- Support the execution of the daily production program, following the plant supervisor's instructions. \- Perform sealing, labeling, and marking of products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and proper traceability. \- Monitor and verify correct implementation of operational parameters, such as weight, production date, batch number, among others. \- Comply with and reinforce safety policies, occupational health policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). \- Provide operational support for basic equipment maintenance tasks, as required. \- Carry out other assigned activities within the production line. \- Sort and pack products into boxes for shipment, also assisting with packaging and palletizing activities. \- Complete established production record forms and promptly report any process deviations. **Requirements:** \- Availability to work in person in Chorrillos \- Minimum 1 year of experience in plant, production, or packaging line areas. \- Basic knowledge of GMP, industrial safety, and food handling. \- Teamwork skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
