Efficiently manage human, material, and technical resources We are looking for a Plant Manager with a degree in Industrial Engineering, highly proactive, and with substantial experience in the operational and administrative management of production plants. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 years of experience managing plants. * Strong knowledge of production management. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in computer tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and supervise daily plant operations. * Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the plant. * Efficiently manage human, material, and technical resources. * Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, quality, and engineering departments to optimize processes. * Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. * Implement production strategies aligned with corporate objectives. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under MYPE regime with all statutory benefits. * Job stability.
