We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** Provide operational, analytical, and communication support to the “Creciendo Juntos” program, contributing to initiative tracking, implementation of the communication plan, and comprehensive support for program rollout—ensuring execution of planned activities, impact on beneficiaries, and appropriate internal dissemination of initiatives. Specific Objectives: * Support weekly tracking of initiatives across the pillars of “Creciendo Juntos,” consolidating progress, responsible parties, and upcoming milestones. * Update monthly dashboards or program tracking reports (activities, participation, preliminary results). * Assist in executing the program’s internal communication plan, coordinating content pieces, calendars, and publications. * Prepare periodic program progress reports featuring basic indicators on participation, activity completion, and reach. * Collaborate in coordinating with suppliers or partners for specific program activities. * Support logistical organization of program activities (workshops, trainings, volunteer events, or campaigns). **Requirements** * University student in the 7th or 8th semester of Communication for Development, Administration, Management and Senior Leadership, or related fields. * 7 months to 1 year of experience as a pre-professional intern in Social Responsibility or Sustainability. * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** Grupo Mariposa’s mission is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
