Position Summary: This role involves supporting the implementation and control of the Safety and Health Management System, assisting with document creation and updates, and reporting incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in managing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System 2. Participation in developing and updating procedures and manuals 3. Collaboration in investigating incidents and accidents **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH PRACTICUM \- LAMBAYEQUE** **REQUIREMENTS:** · University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines. · Minimum 6 months of professional internship experience in similar positions (preferred). · Basic or intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health principles, in accordance with current legislation (preferred). · Basic English language proficiency. · Availability to work in Lambayeque (Olmos Project, transmission substations). · **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Support the execution and monitoring of compliance with the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Management System Plan, aiming to control and minimize existing risks within the Organization. · Support the development and updating of procedures, guidelines, manuals, programs, plans, etc., for the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, aiming to standardize organizational activities. · Support the updating of formats/records and documentation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with applicable regulations. · Support other organizational departments on Occupational Safety and Health matters, ensuring compliance with current national regulations, subject to coordination with direct supervisor. · Support incident, near-miss, and accident reporting, as well as their investigation. · Support headquarters-based office work related to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. · Support guidance on completing various Occupational Safety and Health formats, as well as developing materials for training sessions, awareness campaigns, and 5-minute safety talks. · Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** · Competitive market-aligned remuneration. · Professional internship agreement. · FOLA insurance coverage from the first day of employment. · Round-trip transportation assistance. · Opportunities for professional growth and development based on performance. · Join an expanding company operating in a sector critical to the global economy, with a business model that positively impacts the lives of thousands of people.
