We are seeking a Pre-Professional Human Resources Intern to support recruitment processes, design of training pathways and development programs, performance monitoring, and organizational climate assessment.

We are looking for a **Pre-Professional Human Resources Intern**. If you are proactive, enjoy direct interaction with people, and are interested in human talent development, this is your opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.
**What will you do?**
* Provide direct support in the company’s **recruitment and selection processes**. You will post job openings on various employment platforms and assist the department head in person during interviews with prospective candidates.
* Design and implement **training pathways**. You will identify the specific needs of new hires and customize their training to strengthen their areas of improvement.
* Lead and facilitate practical and theoretical **training sessions** in the field.
* Monitor employee **performance** across the group, digitizing and tracking relevant metrics.
* Participate in designing activities related to **organizational climate and culture**.
* Support, as required, external consulting programs for clients requesting human resources solutions.
**Requirements:**
* Students from the 6th semester onward in Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
* Proficiency in basic office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Strong **communication**, **leadership, and persuasion** skills.
* Ability to work proactively.
* Availability to attend in person at our office located in the district of San Borja.
