The main objective is to support technical incident resolution and the digitization of the company's operational processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** *Academic Background:* Student in the final cycles of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology programs. Technical Knowledge (Basic Level): \* Software Architecture: General understanding of system workflows (basic interaction among Frontend, Backend, and Databases). \* AI Tools: Familiarity with using language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to optimize tasks and resolve technical queries. \* Experience: Minimum of 3 to 6 months (academic projects, personal projects, or prior internships are considered). \* Competencies: Responsibility, willingness to learn, and ability to propose simple solutions to everyday problems. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \* Operational Technical Support: Assist in resolving minor errors (bugs) and ensure proper functionality of internal tools. \* Process Digitization: Support the transition from manual tasks to more efficient and traceable digital solutions. \* User Training: Address technical inquiries from team members and guide them in using company systems. **WE OFFER:** A positive work environment Opportunity for professional development Experience in the telecommunications sector **Are you interested?** Send us your CV and join our team Work Location: La Victoria\- Lima, office-based work.
