Pleasant working environment. **Requirements:** * Technical graduate in Food Industry Engineering or related fields. * Prior experience in pre-professional internships at production plants. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Familiarity with flour processing and food production is desirable. * Leadership ability and teamwork skills. * Availability to work on-site (Chorrillos). **Responsibilities:** * Monitor production processes, verify and control productivity and product conformity at each stage, based on the plan developed in coordination with the Production Manager. * Ensure that all required documentation for record-keeping is available prior to initiating each process. * Track production scheduling. * Prepare daily reports on executed activities according to the plan. * Continuously train production staff per the training program or specific topics. * Promote teamwork, discipline, and order in work areas.
