We seek an analytical, organized, and results-oriented graduate with interest in developing expertise in industrial planning and production. Requirements: * **Graduate in Industrial Engineering.** * Prior internship experience in industrial plants is desirable (not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of forecasting and production planning. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Familiarity with production performance indicators (KPIs) is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Support in developing and monitoring the Master Production Schedule (MPS). * Provide assistance in scheduling and controlling production lines. * Support in preparing daily reports on production schedule adherence. * Collaborate in daily and weekly analysis of critical products. * Support in tracking delivery schedules for finished goods. * Participate in measuring and analyzing processes to calculate capacity and productive efficiency. * Support in updating and monitoring departmental performance indicators.
