We seek an **Accounting Assistant** with solid expertise in accounting, human resources, and treasury to join a dynamic team and assume responsibility for the company's operational and financial management. **What challenges will you face?** * Detailed recording and control of customer and supplier invoicing. * Rigorous control of accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Payment management and cash flow scheduling (Treasury). * Contract management and support in personnel labor documentation. * Support in administrative and Human Resources processes. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Systems: Proficiency in accounting systems (CONCAR, SAP, or STARSOFT). * Tools: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge: Solid foundation in basic labor legislation and treasury management. **What do we offer?** * Salary: Range between S/ 2,000 and S/ 2,300 (commensurate with qualifications). * Employment regime: Enrollment in MYPE payroll with 50% of all statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. * Location: 100% on-site in Miraflores. * Real growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
