This role focuses on nurturing talent with a solid technical foundation while providing practical experience in web application development—both frontend and backend. You will work alongside the development team on real projects, collaborate on implementing new features, maintain applications, and integrate systems—enabling your professional growth as a Full Stack Programmer. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science and Informatics, Software Development, or related fields; technical graduates from institutes such as SENATI or similar institutions in software development-related programs are also considered. * Prior pre-professional internships, personal projects, or basic web development experience are valued. * Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap**. * Basic knowledge of **C\# (.NET) and ASP.NET**. * Understanding of the **Model-View-Controller (MVC)** pattern. * Basic database knowledge and proficiency in **SQL**. * Experience with **GitHub** and **Visual Studio 2022**. * Desirable: basic knowledge of **Power BI** and **Python**. Additionally, we seek a highly motivated learner with a strong orientation toward software development, analytical thinking, and ease in teamwork.
