We are a leading law firm in the field of Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law, with a specialized focus on delinquent portfolio recovery and a strong track record in resolving complex cases and defending our clients' rights. We are seeking (1\) Professional Law Intern to work at our headquarters in San Isidro, with the following profile:
**Requirements**
* Law graduate / Bachelor of Laws.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in judicial collection processes and/or working with financial institutions. (Mandatory)
* Specialization or coursework in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law is desirable.
* Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level.
* Power BI – Basic to Intermediate level.
* Microsoft Office / Office Suite – Advanced level.
**Responsibilities**
* Draft legal documents, complaints, precautionary measures, reports, and emails according to attorneys’ instructions, and prepare necessary reports to expedite assigned cases.
* Coordinate with various departments within the Firm to obtain required documents for effective case processing.
* Advance judicial proceedings for the assigned portfolio to achieve results in the shortest possible time.
* Communicate relevant and necessary information to the client and/or management to meet their requirements, as well as report significant developments in the proceedings.
* Register all information related to legal documents, service of process notices, procedural actions, court decisions, and case progress in the client’s and/or Firm’s systems, ensuring rapid and accurate access by involved parties.
* Perform cross-checking, validation, and updating of databases associated with the assigned portfolio.
* Prepare and update reports, metrics, and dashboards for portfolio tracking, progress, and pending items.
* Manage notarial, registry, and judicial fee procedures required by the portfolio, as well as those requested by the supervising attorney, ensuring timely initiation and continuity of judicial and extrajudicial actions within established deadlines.
