Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our team, coordinate with suppliers, update information, prepare reports, develop matrices, and provide support in logistics operations. Promotes teamwork and effective communication At Transmeridian Group, we are looking for a professional to join our team who meets the following requirements: * Education: University graduate or technical graduate in International Business, International Trade, or Logistics. * Desirable experience of 6 months in similar positions. * Intermediate-level spoken and written English proficiency. * Intermediate-level MS Office skills. Responsibilities: * Create operations in the Antares Logistics Operating System. * Coordinate with logistics service providers. * Update information in the Antares Logistics Operating System. * Prepare reports for clients and Operations Management. * Develop B/L and VGM matrices, perform corrections, and transmit them. * Provide support to logistics operations assistants. * Other duties as required by the position. Skills and Competencies: * Organization and planning. * Teamwork ability. * Tolerance for working under pressure. * Customer service orientation. * Effective communication.
