Requirements:
* One year of experience performing administrative functions in a quality department within the telecommunications sector (preferred).
* Experience managing service indicators.
* Application of statistical ratios, database administration, and data modeling (preferred).
* Advanced-level Excel proficiency.
* Knowledge of networks and information technologies.
* Management and development of management indicators.
* Familiarity with platforms such as Power BI.

Who we are looking for:
Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
What you will do:
* Manage project plant information (preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, service interventions).
* Analyze and propose ratios based on databases of project nodes and equipment.
* Prepare occurrence and incident reports for sites (outages caused by natural events or infrastructure), prioritizing those affecting service delivery, and produce monthly operational reports (traffic, most visited pages, call logs).
* Collect and document evidence supporting delays and difficulties encountered during out-of-schedule corrective maintenance activities.
* Consolidate and present operational indicators, effectiveness of service interventions, and coverage metrics.
Channel and address requests from OSIPTEL and FITEL for prompt handling.
