Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee technology projects in telecommunications and infrastructure within the mining and industrial sectors. Participation in strategic projects within the industrial and mining sectors **C\&R Integral Service S.A.C.**, a company specialized in **engineering and integrated telecommunications solutions**, operating in the **mining and industrial sectors**, is currently seeking a **Project Manager**, focused on the **planning, coordination, and supervision of technology projects**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, monitor, and close telecommunications and infrastructure projects in the mining and industrial sectors. * Manage project schedules, resources, and risks, preparing progress reports and performance indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure proper technical and operational execution of projects. * Supervise material management, technical documentation, and quality control. * Ensure adherence to project management methodologies aligned with **PMI or Agile (Scrum)** standards. * Participate in **process digitalization** and implementation of management tools. * Propose continuous improvements aimed at enhancing project efficiency and productivity. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree or professional title in Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.** * **Minimum 3 years of experience** in project management or coordination within the **mining, industrial, or telecommunications sectors.** * Technical knowledge in **networking, radiofrequency, microwaves, fiber optics, infrastructure, HVAC, power systems, and protection systems.** * Proficiency in **MS Project and Advanced Excel (mandatory).** * Desired knowledge of **Power BI, Jira, and AutoCAD.** * Desired **project management certification or training** (PMP, Scrum, Lean, or similar). * Experience with CCTV projects * **Availability for on-site work** at the office (Lima). **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a company with extensive experience in telecommunications and mining projects. * Ongoing training and professional development in project management. * Participation in strategic projects within the industrial and mining sectors. * Job stability and an excellent working environment.
