This position is available for **Lima, Peru**. **Mission:** Ensure software quality by defining best practices, standards, and testing strategies, promoting automation as a key enabler of efficiency and reliability. Lead the implementation and evolution of functional and technical automated tests, ensuring compliance with quality, security, and performance requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and execute E2E and backend automated tests using Playwright or Cypress * Execute manual tests and record results in Azure Test Plans * Design performance tests * Support the definition of testing strategies and requirement coverage * Manage and track defects * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, planning) * Implement continuous improvement processes and automation best practices * Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure software quality * Support security testing and API validation (SOAP/REST). **Position Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA Analyst, including at least 1 year in QA Automation roles. * Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and test lifecycle management tools. * Experience automating E2E and backend tests using Playwright or Cypress. * Experience in performance testing. * Experience in manual testing and test case documentation in Azure Test Plans or Jira. * Experience managing defects in Azure DevOps or Jira. * Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and CI/CD. **Languages**: Basic or technical English proficiency * **Desirable Knowledge** * Familiarity with additional automation frameworks (Serenity, Selenium, Rest\-Assured, Cucumber). * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar). * Skills in log analysis and debugging of automated scripts. * Ability to document test evidence and results. * Knowledge of security testing * Functional understanding of the financial business domain * ISTQB certifications (Foundation Level or Agile Tester) ***This recruitment process is also open to persons with disabilities.***
