**EDDICO**, a company with over 20 years in the market, improving people’s lives through architecture and contributing to the growth of its clients’ businesses across all sectors, is seeking top talent to fill the position of **QUALITY ARCHITECT.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering * Minimum (1) year of experience in the following sectors: Corporate, Retail, Industrial, Civil Construction, or related fields. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administration of the construction schedule based on established goals * Field approval of finishing protocols * Development of RDI, Submittals, and non-conformities * On-site coordination with suppliers and subcontractors * Supervision of civil construction and finishing works according to drawings and technical specifications * Coordination and implementation of project changes originating from other departments, based on final client requests * Preparation of quality and construction progress reports * Responsibility for ensuring compliance with requirements outlined in technical memoranda and specifications to guarantee project consistency and quality * Responsibility for ensuring the design meets client requirements and functional criteria * Responsibility for conducting final project control * Other duties related to the nature of this position. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Career development path * Specialized training programs Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
