If you are organized, responsible, and passionate about ensuring product excellence, we are looking for you! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Food Industries, Food Engineering, or related industrial field. * Minimum one year of experience in quality control for food production, preferably in baking, food, or similar sectors. Knowledge of GMP and PHS. * Familiarity with measurement equipment used for quality control in food production. * Knowledge of Peruvian sanitary regulations. A responsible, proactive, committed, detail-oriented, organized, empathetic professional who works well in teams. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform quality control activities for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging upon food receipt, using established receipt control forms. * Approve specific raw materials in coordination with production and/or warehouse departments. * Verify compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) across all storage and processing areas, adhering to sanitary requirements, as well as proper labeling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO). * Monitor compliance with procedures, instructions, completion of control forms and charts outlined in the "Good Manufacturing Practices" manual and the "Hygiene, Sanitation, and Pest Control Program" manual. * Assist in implementing methodologies, procedures, instructions, and work standards, ensuring adherence to good manufacturing practices and hygiene standards. * Conduct internal sanitary inspections at headquarters and/or stores according to the established schedule. * Support the Quality Manager in tasks required to achieve departmental objectives. * Verify compliance with sanitation, order, and general cleaning processes in food processing and storage areas. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment under MYPE payroll system * Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments * ESSALUD health insurance * SCTR coverage and Life Insurance as mandated by law **JOIN THE LA NUEZ FAMILY!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have experience performing similar duties? * Please provide your current mobile phone number and WhatsApp. * Indicate your salary expectation.
