Position Summary: NUTRASTEVIA EIRL seeks a Quality Assistant to ensure product quality, analyze data for improvements, and manage documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product quality verification and analysis during production. 2. Implementation of HACCP Plan and GMP, meticulous quality control. 3. Updating and controlling food safety manuals and procedures. NUTRASTEVIA EIRL, a company dedicated to sweetener manufacturing with over 14 years of market leadership, is seeking a QUALITY ASSISTANT. **Requirements** Graduate or degree holder in Food Industry, Agro-industrial, Food Science, or related university or technical programs. Experience in sampling and analysis. Knowledge of Codex Alimentarius and Sanitary Food Regulations. Application of HACCP Plan and GMP, meticulous product quality control. Preferably residing in the districts of Los Olivos, SMP, Callao, or Independencia. Workplace: SMP, Ref. Av. Canta Callao with Av. Carlos Izaguirre. Years of experience: minimum 6 months to 1 year in quality. Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. **Immediate Availability** · Basic-level Office software knowledge **Responsibilities:** 1\. Verify products during production to ensure compliance with established parameters so that products meet customer requirements. 2\. Analyze quality control data collected at the plant to propose improvements for non-conforming products. 3\. Determine whether products are accepted or rejected based on their characteristics for customer delivery or reprocessing. 4\. Execute area procedures and instructions, and where applicable, record data in corresponding formats to ensure proper tracking. 5\. Support adherence to quality standards throughout all process phases. 6\. Update and control manuals, instructions, procedures, and all documentation related to product safety and quality. 7\. Supervise and maintain detailed records of formats established in the HACCP Plan, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP). 9\.
