This position is responsible for optimizing human, technical, and financial resources, guaranteeing operational continuity, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives. **What Will Be My Responsibilities?** * Supervise service contracts in the assigned region through planning and periodic site visits. * Coordinate with customers and internal teams on maintenance execution, logistics, and resource allocation. * Monitor operational costs and ensure efficient use of personnel, spare parts, tools, and assets. * Lead and manage field work teams, promoting adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards. * Track maintenance KPIs, technical reports, monthly valuations, and improvement opportunities. * Manage scheduling of personnel assigned to contracts and participate in interviews to fill current vacancies. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable legal requirements, and customer contractual obligations. **Ideal Candidate for This Position:** * Degree-holding and licensed professional in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles managing contracts and equipment maintenance. * Knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management, cost control, and KPIs. * Experience with underground and/or surface mining equipment—ideally Epiroc or similar equipment. * Leadership, decision-making, organizational, and pressure-management skills. * Customer orientation and experience coordinating and negotiating with customers. * Willingness to travel to high-altitude locations and work under non-standard shift systems. * Advanced Office proficiency; intermediate English desirable. * Valid A2B driver’s license and medical fitness to work per established protocol. **Everything Starts with People.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must expand to serve a growing population.
