What will your responsibilities be? You will be responsible for making outbound telephone calls to customers of other operators to present the benefits of porting their line to **Entel Perú**, delivering personalized service focused on closing the sale. Your main duties include: Contacting potential customers via outbound calls. Advising on the benefits and promotions of Entel Perú Portability. Identifying customer needs and offering the best alternative. Managing the portability process. Work Schedule * **Monday to Saturday:** 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Fixed day off:** Sunday. * **Working hours:** 7 hours of active work \+ 1 hour for lunch break. * **Coaching:** Up to 2 additional hours per week, depending on operational needs.
