Position Summary: We are seeking a Reservation Executive for the Inbound Tourism sector, responsible for managing and monitoring reservations, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the Sales department. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Inbound Tourism and domestic/South American destinations 2. Proficiency in English and Office tools 3. End-to-end reservation management and coordination with suppliers Tourism company seeks a Reservation Executive – Inbound Tourism Requirements: * Experience in Reservations – Inbound Tourism * Knowledge of domestic and South American destinations (Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Ecuador) * Proficiency in English * Familiarity with Office tools and adaptability to quotation and reservation systems * TourPlan knowledge is desirable Responsibilities: − Enter traveler information (passports, flight codes, rooming lists, etc.) provided by the Sales department into the system. − Monitor reconfirmation of travel services with all suppliers. − Manage bookings with alternative suppliers meeting customer requirements. − Generate, edit, and send the Booking Status to the Sales department within the stipulated timeframe. − Address Sales department requests regarding reservation changes or cancellations and update the Booking Status accordingly. − Identify prepaid services (domestic and international) and generate payment orders. − Verify that supplier invoices match the rates quoted by the Sales department. − Track payment deadlines and service reconfirmation deadlines according to each supplier’s policies. − Issue or coordinate issuance of ground transportation (bus and train), flight, and overflight tickets, as applicable. − Enter operational notes regarding suppliers and travelers relevant to the Operations department into the system.
