Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the grouting supervision team at the tailings dam. * Organize team activities. * Review and approve the contractor’s work plans and quality plans. * Approve field instructions issued by the supervision team. * Verify and support real-time grouting processes. * Verify and validate daily and weekly reports. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports on grouting team activities. * Support resolution of deviations identified in construction procedures and materials used. * Review centralized data management for optimal control of results. * Review and approve equipment and accessories, and verify software and laptop functionality for grouting data control at the Contractor’s warehouses prior to mobilization to site. * Review and approve the Contractor’s construction quality control plan. * Manage RFIs issued during construction related to quality. * Approve grouting reports, release mixing procedures, and supervise CQC tests conducted by the Contractor. * Release CQC test reports for grouting mixtures executed by the Contractor. * Conduct CQA sampling tests and verification tests of mixture designs for new cement batches. * Be responsible for delivering agreed deliverables (reports, summaries, final report) on schedule and to the required quality standards per the work plan. * Be responsible for monitoring compliance with guidelines outlined in the Work Plan and the CQA Plan. * Be responsible for ensuring team performance complies with guidelines established in WSP’s Project CQA Management Plan. * Be responsible for proper distribution and storage of information in the Project CQA SharePoint site. * Be responsible for understanding and complying with the scope of work associated with grouting/perforation activities. * Provide technical direction for grouting/perforation processes, applying criteria from the Technical Specification procedure, including rejection, termination, or re-grouting criteria for grouted sections. * Promptly alert stakeholders regarding quality deviations in materials, products, or processes to provide solutions that may prevent project impacts. * Issue instructions related to tertiary, quaternary, and higher-order perforations and grouting, aligned with obtained results and Technical Specifications. * Manage issuance of Surveillance Reports (SVRs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) due to Contractor non-compliance with the project’s Technical Specifications (EE.TT). * Perform final approval of the Contractor’s Quality Dossier, in accordance with the CQA and CQC plans. * Be responsible for issuing the final construction project report, meeting both quality and scheduled deadlines. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Geological Engineering and/or related fields. * Master’s degree and/or postgraduate diploma in Geotechnics and/or Geology and/or Quality Management and/or Project Management. * Intermediate level proficiency in English. * Minimum 10 years’ general experience in the mining sector and/or mining consultancy. * Minimum 8 years’ specific experience in supervision of geotechnical perforations and/or grouting in the mining sector or mining consultancy, or field supervision as a geological or geotechnical engineer or similar roles. \#Peru \#LI\-LT1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 6**Job Posting** Jun 9, 2026, 9:41:17 AM
