Opportunities for professional growth and development Our client, a prominent and industry-leading corporate group, is currently searching for top talent for the position of **Senior Reporting and Audit Analyst** within its Global Business Services (GBS) Center in San Isidro. The role aims to ensure accurate preparation of regulatory reports, shareholder reports, and efficient handling of internal and external audits across the group’s diverse business units. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute the generation of regulatory and management reports and filings under Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Lead responses to internal and external audit requests, ensuring information reliability and accuracy. * Participate in financial statement certification and corporate consolidation processes. * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within reporting processes. * Monitor regulatory and accounting/tax compliance changes in countries where the group operates. * Analyze large volumes of data to ensure financial information reasonableness. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years preparing regulatory reports and supporting audits. * **Software:** Proficiency in **SAP S/4HANA**. * **Data Analytics:** Strong command of **Power BI (minimum Intermediate level)** and advanced Excel. * **Regulatory Framework:** Advanced knowledge of international and local **IFRS (IAS)** standards. * **Languages:** Intermediate English (technical reading and writing ability). * **Environments:** Experience in multi-business enterprises or complex corporate environments. **Desirable:** * CPA, CMA, or similar certifications. * Prior experience in Global Business Services (GBS) centers. **We Offer:** * Employment with one of the country’s most stable companies. * Location: San Isidro. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Comprehensive corporate benefits package.
