




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide first-level technical support, register incidents, and assist with basic equipment configurations, ensuring SLA compliance. Support for configurations and maintenance of the knowledge base POSITION: Service Desk / Help Desk Location: Lima City Center – Plaza San Martín Work Modality: On-site Contract Type: MYPE payroll Schedule: Rotating shifts, 24/7 Salary: S/ 1,400\.00 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide first-level technical support to users (on-site, telephone, and remote). * Register, classify, and track incidents and requests in the ticketing system. * Basic support for hardware, software, printers, and connectivity. * Escalate incidents to higher support levels when appropriate. * Verify SLA compliance and response times. * Keep the knowledge base up to date. * Assist with basic equipment configurations. REQUIREMENTS * Technical or university degree in Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Minimum 6 months of experience in Service Desk or Help Desk. * Basic knowledge of Windows, Office, networking, and remote support. * Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts\. * Strong user-oriented attitude and effective communication skills.
