Responsibilities * Support the implementation of welfare programs and activities directed at employees. * Monitor and manage medical leaves, other types of leave, and related documentation. * Participate in health, integration, corporate social responsibility, and workplace climate campaigns. * Prepare reports, indicators, and databases for the department. * Coordinate activities with external providers and internal departments to implement welfare programs. * Provide guidance and support to employees regarding inquiries about benefits and welfare services. * Assist in managing social cases and tracking workers’ needs. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for the department. Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. * Minimum of **6 months** of pre-professional or professional internship experience in Social Welfare, Human Resources, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of procedures with EsSalud, subsidies, and social benefits. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with indicator development and database management is desirable. * Availability to work on-site.
