Development of workplace climate diagnostics At **JB Business Consulting Firm**, we are currently seeking a **SOCIAL WORK INTERN (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)** to join our **Human Well-being and Culture Team**. **Requirements:** ✅ **Education**: University student (5th to 8th semester) majoring in Social Work. ✅ Basic knowledge of social welfare, workplace climate, and human resource management. ✅ Basic proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Word, Google Drive). ✅ **Access to technological equipment for remote work.** **Responsibilities:** 1\. Assist in designing and implementing organizational wellness programs aimed at improving employee experience and satisfaction. 2\. Collect and systematize employees’ social and labor information, identifying needs, psychosocial risks, and opportunities for improvement. 3\. Provide initial guidance to employees facing personal or work-related situations that may affect their performance, referring cases as appropriate. 4\. Support the development of workplace climate and organizational culture diagnostics using surveys, interviews, or other tools. 5\. Identify early warning signs related to demotivation, internal conflicts, turnover, or absenteeism, reporting them promptly to the relevant department. 6\. Prepare periodic well-being and workplace climate reports, providing relevant information to support decision-making by supervisors and General Management. 7\. Assist in executing integration, engagement, and organizational culture activities, promoting active employee participation. 8\.
