Working for a formal and growing company **Store and Logistics Assistant** **About Us** Once Joyas \| Jewelry for Men is a Peruvian brand recognized in the men's jewelry industry, with stores in Arequipa and Miraflores – Lima, as well as nationwide online presence. We seek responsible, organized, and committed individuals who wish to grow with us. **Main Responsibilities** * In-store and social media customer service * Order dispatch: prepare, label, pack orders, and hand them over to couriers. * Purchasing and restocking: assist in purchasing missing supplies and restocking products in display cases. * Store closing: perform cleaning and tidying of the store at the end of each shift. * Reporting: report incidents, cash register closure, sales reports, and follow-ups. **Schedule** * Monday to Saturday: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. * On-site at physical store (Miraflores – Lima, central area). **Terms** * Fixed salary: S/600 per month. * Commissions * Possibility of being added to the payroll after the probation period, subject to performance. **Requirements** * Must be over 18 years old. * Minimum technical or university education (currently studying preferred). * Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (Monday to Saturday). * Responsible, punctual, and possessing a positive service attitude. * Strong organizational skills and efficiency in logistics tasks. * Prior experience in customer service or logistics (preferred but not mandatory). * Residence near or with easy access to Miraflores – Lima. **Benefits** * Employment with a formal and growing company. * Development of experience in logistics, e\-commerce, and retail. * Additional commissions. * Positive work environment and internal growth opportunities. * 20% discount on all brand products.
