Supervise and ensure all workers comply with safety guidelines and processes, and sign relevant documents before performing any activity involving risks. Plan, administer, and continuously monitor assigned resources, optimizing their effective and efficient use. Manage storage, location, and control of all materials, goods, and equipment comprising inventory in transit or stock within the central warehouse. Maintain resources in optimal condition, in accordance with established safety and quality standards. Perform SAP inventory counts, consignments, and control of equipment and tools for each department and project. Maintain the warehouse in optimal condition with appropriate layout. Ensure material loading is properly documented and correctly equipped onto dispatch trucks heading to site. Ensure personal and team physical safety by consistently requiring and using assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), according to the type of activity to be performed. Participate in courses, trainings, certifications, and other activities assigned by the department. Coordinate disposal of assets and/or goods that fall outside standard specifications (e.g., tools). Protect assets, investments, materials, and tools. Ensure products, supplies, PPE, clothing, or other items are stored under optimal conditions, guaranteeing their receipt complies with organizational quality and safety standards. Conduct inventory processes within your area of responsibility and identify materials received into the warehouse. Keep the database updated where usage and destination of assets within the service are recorded. Record movements of resources, materials, tools, and fulfilled requisition slips; track them using electronic spreadsheets or computerized systems to generate reports and automate resource location (where applicable). Monitor achievement of the department’s KPIs. Prepare reports related to your duties. Control and manage documentation required to perform your functions. Operate employer-assigned vehicles for required tasks, provided your immediate supervisor validates the required certifications per applicable legal and internal company regulations. E.g., material handling equipment (forklifts). Optimize space utilization by organizing warehouse layout efficiently to maximize storage capacity and facilitate product access. Lead and coordinate dispatch and receipt of resources (fulfillment of warehouse replenishment requisitions and provision of equipment and tools) in accordance with organizational standards and operating procedures, complying with operational and safety procedures and vendor coordination, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of scheduled activities. **To succeed, you must meet the following requirements:** Completed technical studies or graduation from Logistics, Operations, and/or Procurement programs; or university degrees in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations and/or Procurement; or equivalent. Proven 8-year experience in similar roles within mining-related companies and/or warehouse administration and inventory control. Minimum 5 years’ specific experience in warehouse supervision, logistics activities, warehouse and procurement operations, transportation and route coordination, or service delivery management in mining. Valid driver’s license and forklift operation certification. Proficiency in SAP MM module for warehouse control and management. Knowledge of Logistics and Procurement. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Ellipse, or similar. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
