Improving Lives.** At DHL Supply Chain, we are currently seeking a **Project Supervisor (PM)** for the **Project Delivery** area. The **PAC Project Supervisor (PM)** will be responsible for leading and managing current projects and startups within the cluster, planning, coordinating, and controlling the definition, planning, and implementation phases of assigned projects to ensure their completion in accordance with requirements, within established timelines and budgets, and aligned with business objectives. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple new business project activities, assigning tasks to team members to ensure efficient utilization of total team resources and adherence to project deadlines. * Lead new business projects, monitoring progress and performance against the project plan, identifying operational issues, and minimizing delays. * Manage and control risks and issues arising throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring appropriate escalation. * Identify and manage changes significantly impacting project scope, budget, or schedule. * Prepare progress reports and provide project visibility to the Board team. * Manage projects within the DSC Planview management system. **Requirements** -------------- * Academic background in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years’ experience leading project implementations (mandatory). * Experience in logistics projects (preferred). * Proficiency in advanced intermediate Excel and project management tools such as Gantt charts (mandatory). * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
