Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate international shipments, manage foreign trade documentation, and address operational incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of inbound international shipments to the U.S. 2. Management of foreign trade documentation and resolution of operational incidents 3. Proficiency in Incoterms and fluent advanced English (used daily) On behalf of our client — an international company operating across multiple markets — we are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate inbound international shipments to the U.S. * Track shipments and communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders. * Coordinate with logistics operators, warehouses, and customs agents. * Manage foreign trade documentation. * Address operational incidents and ensure continuity of operations. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics or foreign trade. * Experience coordinating inbound international shipments (mandatory). * Experience handling imports into the U.S. (highly valued). * Proficiency in Incoterms. * Fluent advanced English (used daily) — mandatory. * Intermediate or intermediate-advanced Excel skills. * Experience in customer service and operational tracking. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment with statutory benefits * Performance-based bonuses * Hybrid work arrangement * International work environment Salary: S/.5,000.00 - S/.7,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
