You will provide support to transportation logistics operations, contributing to the accurate planning and execution of deliveries, as well as ensuring continuity and efficiency across supply chain processes. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the submission of commercial documentation—including invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders—via relevant electronic portals, ensuring proper traceability and contractual compliance with project customers. * Support the implementation and activation of transport routes in the TMS system, contributing to effective planning and execution of deliveries. * Analyze and support resolution of incidents related to the Retail portfolio, helping maintain operational continuity and customer satisfaction. * Participate in updating and improving logistics procedures, contributing to process standardization and operational efficiency. * Support the sending and management of documentation to the Shared Service center, ensuring required information is submitted promptly and in an organized manner. * Support documentation management related to transportation insurance, helping ensure necessary coverage and minimize operation-related risks. * Support activities within the Transportation and Supply Chain departments, demonstrating analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. **Requirements:** * Final-year student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and/or Transportation Engineering. * Knowledge of logistics and supply chain. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate proficiency in SAP. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Interest in professional development within Supply Chain and logistics operations. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively. * Organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills. * Adaptability and eagerness to learn. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * FOLA insurance. * Experience with a global company. * Opportunity to gain professional experience in Supply Chain. * Learning and exposure to logistics and transportation processes. * Collaborative work environment oriented toward professional development. **Why Join Us?** We were named the \#1 most trusted company worldwide in the construction sector by Newsweek and Statista in 2023!
