Systems Assistant – Technical Support (not a student)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineering Assistant to perform equipment maintenance, manage databases, and provide user support in Surco. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical ability and incident resolution MSF CREATIVE, a marketing agency, is looking for a SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ASSISTANT for Surco. Requirements: ⮚ University graduate or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. ⮚ 1–2 years of experience in user support and process improvement roles within companies. ⮚ Knowledge of ERP Odoo (experience in implementation, support, or customization is preferred). ⮚ Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, among others. ⮚ Knowledge of technical support and systems management. ⮚ Analytical ability, incident resolution skills, and teamwork capability. ⮚ Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. ⮚ Stress tolerance. ⮚ Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Surco (near Puente Benavides). Responsibilities: ⮚ Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. ⮚ Maintain control over databases, PCs, laptops, security systems, and cameras. ⮚ Report the inventory ledger of computer equipment. ⮚ Handle user-reported incidents. ⮚ Support change implementation (implementation, training, and evaluation). ⮚ Code items for correct use of the proforma module. ⮚ Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
