RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Provide first-level technical support. \- Address and resolve user incidents and requests. \- Perform server maintenance, configuration, and monitoring. \- Manage and administer HP-branded servers. \- Execute backup, data recovery, and access control tasks. \- Document incidents, procedures, and technical solutions. \- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure proper service delivery. \- Ensure operational continuity of systems and technological services. \- Be regarded as key personnel. REQUIREMENTS: \- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computing and Informatics, or related fields. \- Degree holder with a minimum of two (02\) years of experience, supported by employment certificates. \- Experience in HP server maintenance and/or management. \- Official certification in the HP server product line. \- Server administration certification issued by the manufacturer. \- Ability to work under pressure and results-oriented mindset.
