Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineering Assistant with experience in user support and process improvement for equipment maintenance and system management. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical ability and incident resolution capability MSF CREATIVE, a marketing agency, is looking for a SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ASSISTANT in Surco. **Requirements**: ⮚ University graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Systems Engineering or related field. ⮚ 1–2 years of experience in the position, including user support and process improvement in enterprises. ⮚ Knowledge of ERP Odoo (implementation, support, or customization experience is preferred). ⮚ Proficiency in common programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, among others. ⮚ Knowledge of technical support and system management. ⮚ Analytical ability, incident resolution capability, and teamwork skills. ⮚ Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. ⮚ Stress tolerance. ⮚ Availability to work Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM in Surco (near Puente Benavides). **Responsibilities**: ⮚ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. ⮚ Maintain control over databases, PCs, laptops, security systems, and cameras. ⮚ Report the inventory ledger of computer equipment. ⮚ Address user incidents. ⮚ Support implementation of changes (implementation, training, and evaluation). ⮚ Code items for correct use of the proforma module. ⮚ Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Salary**: S/1,300 to S/1,800 Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * In which district do you live?
